We take action.

How Issues Are Handled
1. Reinstatement First
We contact the publisher and attempt to repair the original placement whenever possible.
2. Replacement if Needed
If reinstatement isn’t possible, we propose a like-for-like replacement.
3. You Stay in Control
You review the options. Nothing goes live without your approval.
There are no automatic substitutions.
What “Lifetime” Means
This guarantee applies for as long as we are actively working together.
Actively working together means:
- You’ve placed at least one order with us in the last 90 days
While this condition is met:
- Links remain under monitoring
- Issues are surfaced
- Responsibility stays with us
If there’s a gap of more than 90 days with no active work, monitoring and replacement responsibilities pause with it.
What This Guarantee Does Not Promise
We do not guarantee:
- Rankings
- Traffic
- Revenue outcomes
Those depend on many factors beyond link placement alone.
